Stroud Community Sauna is a new not-for-profit sauna space being created for the people of Stroud and the wider Five Valleys.
We’re building a welcoming place to slow down, warm up, connect and feel good. Come for quiet time, recovery after exercise, a social sauna session, or simply a moment of calm in your week.
Located at Brimscombe Mill, next to The Long Table and other thriving social enterprises, the sauna will be run for community benefit, with the aim of making sauna culture accessible, inclusive and rooted in local connection.

Behind the scenes, our three directors, Milo Herbert, Java Cooper and Costas Hadjipateras, are busy clearing and preparing the site at Brimscombe Mill as we get ready to open our doors!
